About The Role:
As our Social Media and Community Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying Fraction AI's presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
You'll be at the forefront of engaging with our community, amplifying the Fraction AI brand, and ensuring that our social media channels reflect our innovative solutions and the vibrant ecosystem we're building.
This position is a full-time remote role, requiring 40 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as there may be occasions necessitating work outside of standard hours to align with our global initiatives and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build our community across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and showcases our expertise and innovations in web3.
- Collaborate closely with other departments at Fraction AI, to ensure consistent messaging and to leverage insights for content creation.
- Engage actively with our community, responding to queries and facilitating discussions that highlight our value proposition and token launch. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices to optimize our strategy and maintain a dynamic, engaging online presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web3 social media management and community building.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for creating compelling narratives that engages and informs diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of AI and machine learning, and a passion for the transformative potential of these technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple channels and initiatives simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work with teams across the organization to tell our story and support our community.
- A thorough understanding of the nuances and tonality within web3 language is crucial.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Exceptional candidates without a degree but with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Salary negotiations start at $50,000 per year, based on experience.
