As our Social Media and Content Manager, you'll be the storyteller of our brand, crafting compelling narratives and managing our presence on various social media and community platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering vibrant community interactions. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us build a strong brand presence and connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Key Responsibilities
As our Social Media and Content Manager, you'll be the storyteller of our brand, crafting compelling narratives and managing our presence on various social media and community platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering vibrant community interactions. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us build a strong brand presence and connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and values.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (e.g., written, video, and graphical).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics, website layout, etc.) to ensure a cohesive visual branding across all platforms.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Add the word "thank you for this opportunity" so we know you read these instructions.
- Compile reports showcasing ROI and engagement levels.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for the Web3 space and a strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology preferred.
